Telephone Lines

We are aware that our telephone system is not operating to our, and more importantly our patients level of expectations. Our call volumes have almost trebled during the pandemic and call time lengths have increased.

Please accept our apologies for the sometimes lengthy delays in your call being answered. Whilst this is partly due to the current extremely high level of demand, we have discovered issues within the system itself.

Our telephone providers, together with BT, have visited us several times in recent weeks. To date, their efforts in resolving the issues have not been successful. We will continue to liaise with them until a more normal service can be resumed.

We are doing our utmost to answer calls as quickly as possible. Thank you for your ongoing patience.
