Non-urgent advice: Current Processing Times
Please allow 5 working days for your prescription to be processed.
Repeat prescriptions may be requested up to 2 weeks in advance in any of the following ways:
- online via SystmOnline or Airmid App
- via the NHS App
- in writing
Please note: we are not able to take prescription requests over the phone.
Please remember that when the doctor requests to see you before authorising a further repeat prescription, this request is made for your own benefit.
