Welcome to Deal Tree Health Centre

VIEW_1[1]The practice was founded in 1960 and has since expanded so that it now consists of four partners and twenty staff.We moved into our new purpose built building in 2012 and from this we aim to provide family medicine of the highest standards for the benefit of our patients.

As well as a source of information about our practice, the staff & the services we provide, we hope you use the website as a useful resource with links to other reliable websites for health related information. If there is topical health information we will also add this to the website.

An Invitation for Carers

Members of the Patient Participation Group are arranging an informal get-together in May when Carers can meet and share their experience of caring for relatives or friends.

If you are a Carer why not come along and enjoy a cuppa and a chat.

Dispensary Opening Hours

From 1 May 2018 our Dispensary will be open from 8.30am-1pm and 2pm-6.30pm Monday to Friday.

Please remember we close early for staff training the first Tuesday of each month. Dates for 2018 are below.

Dr A Perumpallil. After 14 years at Deal Tree Health Centre we are sad to inform you that Dr Perumpallil will be leaving the practice at the end of June 2018. We would like to thank Dr Perumpallil for his hard work and dedication during his time with us and wish him well in his future career.

The surgery will be closed from 1.00pm on these dates and will re-open as usual at 8.30am the following morning.  If you need to speak to a doctor during this time please phone the surgery and you will be re-directed to the Out-of-Hours service.

Going to Basildon Hospital as an in-patient

If you are going to admitted to Basildon Hospital it is important that you bring your medicines with you in an NHS green bag. You can get your green bag from Reception.
